In our effort to become as self-sustainable as is currently feasible, Peas on Earth endeavour to make all their own dairy produce from hormone-free milk from the local dairy. Volunteers choosing this option will be involved in making the following:

Cheese

Butter

Jams & preserves

Herbal remedies.
